Preserving Excellence In A Fading Art

The most common issue I hear is: "It doesn't play right anymore. Some notes sound dirty and metallic". This is almost always due to fret wear. Frets don't usually need to be replaced (good thing) but rather leveled once again (routine maintenance). To finish the job I would crown, dress, and buff the frets.

Every instrument is unique. I believe that the repair should follow that model.
